Crumbl Cookies

This presentation was prepared by my team for the course Quant Methods for Marketing. For this project, we were tasked with selecting a company that has undergone some recent issues. We selected Crumbl Cookies and surveyed hundreds of purchasers to analyze if the brand's overall popularity has declined in recent years and how the company might be able to reach peak popularity once again. Our presentation below showcases our findings as well as managerial recommendations based on these insights.
